Your intern assignment

Since 1987, our family business Winclove Probiotics has specialised in the development and production of premium probiotics (food supplements) that improve the quality of life. In doing so, we work closely with business partners, universities, research institutes and (university) hospitals.

We could really use your help in organising a number of international and internal events in 2025, such as a major trade fair in Barcelona, our Partnering Days and the Weekend of Science. We offer you an internship where you can gain a lot of experience straight away. You will contribute to and think about the preparation, execution and evaluation of the events and be part of our marketing team.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

liaising with suppliers;
creating and maintaining the guest list;
organising logistics for the events;
creating content and preparing various media tools;
preparing a script;
contributing to managing planning & budgets;
ensuring perfect-looking venues;
running events.

What do we ask of you?

MBO or HBO degree in (business) events or marketing/communications;
flexible, hospitable and stress-resistant approach;
good motivation and hands-on work mentality;
good command of the English language;
commercial insight and creativity;
keeping an overview and good at setting priorities.

an internship remuneration of € 500 fultime per month and travel allowance if you do not have a student-OV;
