Commercial Project Manager a.i.

As Commercial Project Manager a.i., you will work in a marketing team with three more colleagues. You will replace a colleague who is on leave for more than six months. You are mainly involved in developing and implementing marketing activities and, in the role of project manager, directing various commercial projects. A number of concrete projects have been defined on which you will work. For these, you will be primarily responsible for implementation; the strategic side lies with the Manager B2B Marketing. You will support current and new business partners who are active worldwide with appropriate marketing and communication tools and activities, and handle ad hoc questions from business partners in a customer-oriented way.

Projects you will work on are:

• Drafting a plan and materials for informing business partners of all changes in product specifications.
• Translating/rolling the new product specifications into other marketing materials.
• Creating a plan for and implementing a series of webinars with product information for the business partners.
• Implementing content plan for business partner communication by, among other things, coordinating and formatting fortnightly newsletter.
• Drafting and executing a launch plan for a new application form of an existing product.
• Execution internal marketing plan on business partners: creating more customer centricity within Winclove and bringing business partners closer.

Practical

• You will work 32 hours, with availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays at least.
• The period covers 20 January to the end of August 2025.
